Our aim: to make young and old happy
Going on holiday as a family often means a lot of planning, logistics and then also different holiday planning. At National, we want to make everyone happy, from dad to toddler.
The transformation of the National into a family hotel or hotel “also” for families was decided 3 years ago and we have tried to realise many things.
Above all, we want our guests to feel comfortable and at home. Although in Zermatt one often wants to benefit from the village and the “outdoors”, there should be something for everyone in the hotel. During the renovation, a children’s pool was therefore also considered, a children’s corner was created, and special family rooms with trampoline or catamaran nets were created.
And apart from all the visible infrastructure, we try to bring humanity and friendliness through the personalities of our team.
Only those who are served in a friendly, patient manner and with a personal touch will be able to relax as much as possible.
